Jodine J. Reedy
In 2007, Jodi co-founded I3 Healthcare Consulting, LLC with the intent to deliver focused, high quality business consulting solutions to healthcare organizations located in the Mid-Atlantic region. Jodi is a 15-year veteran in business consulting services.
Prior to forming I3HCC, Jodi was a partner of MedHorizons Consulting Group. Her career began at Arthur Andersen in 1993 as a member of a newly formed healthcare practice in Baltimore, Maryland. In July 2002, the Andersen healthcare practice migrated to BearingPoint, Inc., where Jodi assumed national responsibilities to support the growing $200 million consulting practice. In addition to her client work, Jodi was a core member of the leadership team that was tasked with identifying and training new talent, developing and delivering go-to-market strategies, creating core solution methodology, managing profitability, and fostering key vendor relationships. As a partner with I3HCC, Jodi continues to hold similar responsibilities while delivering quality solutions to her clients.
During her consulting career, Jodi has led a multitude of large, complex engagements to help her clients improve revenue and financial operations. Some examples include:
- The build of multiple central business offices to support leading practice revenue operations.
- The selection and implementation of multiple commercially available systems packages (e.g., patient accounting, ERP, bolt-ons, reporting tools, etc.).
- Comprehensive redesign of revenue and financial operations for multiple entities within a health system.
- Design, development and implementation of an automated key performance reporting tool to standardize revenue reporting.
- Consolidation of the finance and revenue functions of a newly formed, $2 billion organization into a corporate infrastructure.
Jodi received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the College of Notre Dame. She is a member of the Maryland Chapter of Healthcare Financial Management Association and frequently speaks at national user’s groups and society events.
