David joined i3 in 2013. David has over 14 years of healthcare financial services management experience. His career began in the collection and outsource sector of the industry where he was promoted quickly through the organization to ultimately be given the responsibility of creating a new business unit in the southern United States.  From there, David moved into challenging consulting roles where he supported multiple large healthcare organizations focusing on receivables management, operations improvement, and interim leadership. David continues to provide effective leadership and inventive solutions for an expanding client base that include physician groups, academic medical centers, and multi-hospital health systems through the use of proven project management techniques and communication skills. 

David is currently a member of the Maryland chapter of both the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management.

David received his Bachelors of Arts in Business Administration, with a concentration in Finance, from the Unversity of South Carolina.
